Welcome to 1800Link, a service operated by Connect Converse, Inc. ("Connect Converse," "1800Link," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 1800Link.com and the 1800Link platform, including our website, applications, AI-powered communications tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Services.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Promptly update your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

3. Subscription Billing and Payment

Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription is canceled.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle
• Fees are charged in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide refunds or prorated credits for the current billing period

We may change pricing upon reasonable notice.

4. Use of the Services

1800Link provides AI-powered business communication tools, including call handling, automated callbacks, appointment booking, messaging, and analytics.

You are responsible for:

• All content and communications transmitted using the Services
• Obtaining any required notices or consents for call recording and automated communications
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Harass, threaten, or defraud others
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with platform security or performance
• Reverse engineer or copy the Services except as permitted by law

6. SMS Communications & Acceptable Use

1800Link provides limited SMS functionality for transactional and operational communications, including appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, ETA notifications, customer support communications, and emergency operational alerts.

Customers using the platform agree to use SMS functionality only for lawful, consent-based operational communications with their customers.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• unsolicited marketing messages,
• promotional campaigns,
• bulk messaging,
• spam,
• political messaging,
• affiliate marketing,
• lead resale activities,
• or communications that violate applicable telecommunications laws or carrier requirements.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from their customers before initiating SMS communications through the platform.

Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Customers agree to honor all opt-out requests and acknowledge that the platform may automatically enforce suppression or opt-out controls for compliance purposes.

1800Link and Connect Converse, Inc. reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate messaging functionality for accounts that violate carrier rules, compliance requirements, telecommunications regulations, or platform policies.

Delivery of SMS messages is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier filtering, mobile device availability, network conditions, or third-party delivery systems.

7. Customer Data

You retain ownership of your data.

You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and analyze your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services.

8. AI and Automated Communications

The Services use artificial intelligence and automation to assist with communications and analysis.

Outputs generated by the Services may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before being relied upon for critical business decisions.

9. Beta Features

We may offer experimental or preview features.

Beta features are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, branding, and content provided by us, are owned by Connect Converse, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including payment processors, communications providers, and artificial intelligence platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if continued access presents legal, security, or operational risks.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL ACHIEVE ANY SPECIFIC BUSINESS RESULT.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECT CONVERSE, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connect Converse, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

16. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive notices and communications from us electronically, including by email and through the Services.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
